Ordered a small managed VPS, instantly received details.

Sent a couple of queries to support and they were answered in real-time, almost like chat, despite it going through a support ticket system.

Gotta say, so far the features, price and service are all outstanding!

Frankly, I have no idea how VPSLatch can offer managed VPS packages at these low prices, but I am certainly enjoying the phenomenal service and pricing.

I will highly recommend VPSLatch to anyone looking for CPANEL (or not) because they have exceptional service, at a rock-bottom price, excellent uptime/hardware, never get annoyed and they will NEVER tell you that "You get what you paid for" which I normally see all over the WHT forums where providers are informing their customers about this.

If not for the price of their packages, I'd say they're one of the premium providers out there (as compared to a budget provider that is). The service is simply great and it makes one feel as if you're their only customer. Top notch personalized support!

I would recommend VPSLatch to anyone. So far, I've had 99.9% uptime, terrific support, and no problems what so ever.

VPSLatch , where do I start. I have been with them for around 2 months now, and I could not be happier.

I would give VPSLatch a 10/10 for their amazing support, no other company I have been with have shown the level of customer support I have seen from VPSLatch. They will do absolutely anything for you and that’s what separates them from the others.

All in all, I would say VPSLatch is the best provider by far, they surpassed all my expectations by far and still do to this day. I would recommend them to anyone needing a host who has excellent support, support and at a very affordable price. Overall I give them 11/10, they exceeded all my expectations by far and I could not be happier.

I'm a complete newbie with servers, I have always had help from others to do the 'hard jobs', or have owned a server together with someone else. This is my first VPS, and I
purposely chose managed VPS because I have so little experience.

In the mean time I kept asking silly questions and they never lost their temper or patience!
All in all I think the service is excellent and I'm very happy with my first week there.

Adam and his staff have been unfailingly attentive to any request that we've had since we first contacted them, and to date, the VPS's up-time has been rock solid!

From the experience we've had so far, I would have no problem in recommending them for anyone looking for VPS hosting services... kudos to a company that **cares** for their customers!!
